Terms & Conditions

• This photo contest is held by the Fraser Valley Regional District.
• Participants may submit as many photos as they like.
• Photos must be submitted as .png or .jpeg file formats. The preferred file size is 1 MB – 3MB, minimum 300 DPI.
• All photos must be submitted through haveyoursay.fvrd.ca. Emailed photos will not be accepted.
• Photos that contain objectionable or inappropriate content will be removed at the FVRD’s sole discretion.

To participate, you must review and agree to the following. If a minor, the terms and conditions must be agreed to by a legal guardian:

• I hereby confirm that the photograph(s) submitted are my original works, and I hold all legal rights to authorize the use and publication of the photograph(s).
• I hereby confirm that I have permission from all subjects to submit their photo to haveyoursay.fvrd.ca.
• I hereby confirm that the photograph(s) submitted have not ever been licensed, published, or used by the Fraser Valley Regional District.

By participating, I confirm I have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions herein.
