The Fraser Valley Regional District is excited to launch our new engagement site with a photo contest!
Our regional district is a place of exceptional beauty - share your photos on our site from August 9 to September 10 and you could win a VISA gift card! Remember to like your favourite photos!
Post photos of your favourite places to live, work, play and visit! It's easy to take part - just register on this site and read the Terms & Conditions.
There is no limit to the number of times that you can enter and the contest is open to all residents living within the Fraser Valley Regional District.
Looking For Inspiration?
In the Fraser Valley, there are stunning landscapes ranging from prairie-like vistas to soaring mountains and deep, rocky canyons that are home to the mighty Fraser River. Our district has 6 municipalities (Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Harrison Hot Springs, Hope, Kent, and Mission) and 8 unincorporated Electoral Areas (A-H). Looking for a great place to take a photo? - People's Choice - the photo with the most "likes" will receive a $100 VISA gift card.
- Random Draw - each participant will receive one entry into a random draw to win a $100 VISA gift card.

We live in a region that is rich in natural beauty. We would love for you to show us some of your favourite scenic views in the FVRD. It could be parks, trails, wildlife, mountains, flora, fauna, rivers, lakes, and streams. Enter as often as you wish between August 9 and September 10.
Upload a photo and caption, and while you’re here – view the other photos and "like" your favourites!
Tips:
- Include a caption with location i.e. "A majestic view of Mount Cheam at sunset"
- If people are recognizable in the photo, please ask their permission before sharing
- Uploading photos will crop them to a square
