Consideration of 2nd Reading of the Draft Area C OCP

A new draft of the Area C Official Community Plan, including Neighbourhood Plans for Harrison Mills and Lake Errock, is now ready for consideration of second reading and direction to public hearing by the Regional Board.

The Electoral Area Services Committee will consider the draft plan on July 10, 2025, and the Regional Board on July 24, 2025. A copy of the draft can be reviewed here and the staff report can be read here.

If the Regional Board gives the plan second reading and directs to public hearing, residents will have an opportunity to share their feedback before the plan moves forward for final adoption. Public hearing details will be announced following the Board's decision.
