Area C OCP Adopted

We’re excited to share that the Regional Board has officially adopted the new Area C Official Community Plan (OCP)!

This updated OCP, which includes dedicated Neighbourhood Plans for both Harrison Mills and Lake Errock, was adopted at the Board meeting on September 18, 2025. The OCP has been developed through a multi-year process of technical review, community engagement, and consultation with Indigenous communities, agencies, and stakeholders. The Plan reflects a balance between supporting housing, advancing reconciliation, and protecting environmental and community values.
