Welcome to the FVRD’s 2025 – 2029 Financial Planning public engagement site! 

I’m Kelly, the FVRD’s Director of Corporate Services & Chief Financial Officer.  

The intention of this site is to keep residents informed of the Financial Planning process and to provide an opportunity for your feedback.  Regional District budgeting is complicated as there are so many different services all with separate financial records.  

We have included a glossary of key terms, a timeline on the process and background materials on the services we provide.
